Shipping, Warranties & Returns

We strive to provide you with the best customer service possible. Below is our shipping, warranty and return information, but please contact us with any further questions you have.

  • Shipping

    Shipping Options: We now offer shipping through Canada Post and UPS. Orders shipping via Canada Post will arrive with your local postal service (eg. shipments to USA will arrive via USPS).

    Customs and Duties: All charges upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Verdmo doess not have the ability to cover these potential charges at this time.

    Free Shipping Over $200: All orders over $200 will receive free Standard Shipping. If you would like faster delivery options these are still available.

    Air Shipment Restrictions: Due to some Verdmo products including batteries not all products can be shipped via AIR and will have limited options at checkout. This is out of our control.

  • Warranty & Refunds

    Warranty: All Verdmo (Verdmo Pro not included) products come with a 1 year limited warranty. If you have a warranty concern please use our contact form or e-mail us at help@verdmo.com. Each case will be looked at within 48hrs and we will work with you to fix, replace or refund your Verdmo.

    Refunds:

    We offer a 30-day refund policy. This means that for any reason within the first 30 days of receiving your Verdmo product you'd like to return it for a refund you can. In order to do this the item must be unused, in its original packging without damage, and include any parts and materials that came with it.

    Used Items: If your item has been used we are not able to accept a return unless there is a warranty issue with it.

  • Returns

    Non-Warranty Returns: If you decide to return your Verdmo for non-warranty reasons you will be provided a pre-paid flat rate turn label. The cost of this label will not be refunded when your shipment is received.

    Warranty Returns: Warranty returns will be provided a pre-paid return label in order to make the process as simple as possible. Each warranty situation will be looked after individually.
